Our personal development is mostly restriced by fears, that we ve created ourself or society did generate this fears inside of us, since we are young. This leads to resignation, depression and a fearbased reality, that is not helping us in our personal development. What is behind this fear is low self worth, low self esteam, a fear based mindset, fear from the unknown and not enough trust in yourself, nor in the universe. All this happens unconciously and need to be revealed in order to overcome the obstacles in your life: your own mindset and fears.

HEY I AM TOSCA ELISABETH

a free spirited outside the box thinker, light worker, artist, truth seeker.

I have traveled the past 5 years and lived abroad and worked as a personal and spiritual empowerment coach.

I am inspired by my ancestors, my grand grand grand grand mother and my mother that always worked with herbs and spells

I am a 500 hour Yoga teacher, I did my 200 hour yoga teacher training in India and 300 hour yoga teacher training in germany. I am meditation teacher and vipassanna practicener in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

I have a Diploma in fashion design and I have my own fashion bohemian collection and I worked as fashion stylist and designer around europe.

With 14 I said: Everyone has their own god inside of themself. At a time and place 3. eyes were closed. And as a kid already devoted to create a new world.
