How to create a morning

1. No phone - only positve thoughts and affirmations

First thing even before you open your eyes can be a positive affirmation or a positive mantra, that you say or think to yourself. Yoga begings in your head. My positive affirmations are: “I am a peaceful beeing and I accept everyone as they are.” You can choose your own positive affirmation for your morning routine. Keeping track of your morning routines as a Yoga Entrepreneur are so important, therefore I created this Yoga Business Tips here for your beautiful Morning Routine. 

2. Meditate

Morning meditation is the most powerful one, as we are still between sleep and awaken. Your brain produces alpha waves (8 – 12Hz) when you are awake and relaxed and not processing much information. Therefore the first thing in the morning, just before you go to sleep, when you’re daydreaming or practicing Meditation.

 

3. Better than coffee Yoga Morning Routine

Do some Yoga sequence, that really wakes you up and gives you a lot of postive energy and power for the day! Because like this you will start an amazing day with your energy field wake up already.

4. Try some inspiring mix like the ginger turmeric lemon tea

You fancy to try an alternative to coffee, that really wakes you up and inspires you? Then try the ginger turmeric lemon tea.Here is a reciepe. 

5. Plan your day

If you not have already planned your working day as an yoga entrepreneur, that it´s now time to plan your working day. Dont forget also to put the more annoying things on your schedule, that you push from your to do list everyday to the next. Please really also solve this problems. You will feel much better, once done. 

6. Get into work mode

Switch off your phone, dont look on social media, only if you have scheduled some posts. Set your hours and really dont do anything else, than working. Online working from home can be distracting and the sofa, bed or fridge are just so close… hm! Resist the attraction and really work through your to do list! In the evening or in your pause you still have time for the delights of relaxing on the sofa, bed, private social media or delicious food! Reward yourself after your work is done. 

7. Take breaks

Reward yourself with lovely breaks in between your working as an Yoga Entrepreneur. It is so important to keep going with your flowy moments in life, your own Yoga, meditation practice, private life, walks in nature and moments, that bring you FLOW. 

8. Dont forge the breakfast

If you are like me, you are likely to forget eating your breakfast, because you are so motivate to start to work already. Please dont forget to fuel your body and your mind with healhy food and also take a look at food planning techniques, to fill your fridge for the week, so you dont waste time going shopping for food!
