I am Tosca
Hi there
I am a feminine empowerment and embodiment mentor, as well as a 500-hour yoga alliance certified yoga teacher and diploma fashion designer with years of teaching experience, who helped many women over the last years in gaining more self-love, joy, and pleasure in their lives.
I want to share something deeply personal with you today, something that has been at the heart of my own journey and the foundation of the work I do as a feminine embodiment teacher and women’s retreat guide.
For many years, I lived my life in a constant state of striving. I believed that in order to feel worthy or to be successful, I had to keep pushing—to do more, to be more, to achieve more. I held tight to control, tried to mold myself into what I thought others wanted me to be, and was constantly running after the next thing. I believed that if I didn’t keep pushing, I would fall behind, fail, or be left out. I didn’t realize that, in the process, I was suffocating the very essence of my being.
The truth is, the art of letting go is something I’ve had to learn over time. It wasn’t an overnight shift; it was a long, winding journey that required me to face some of my deepest fears. Fear of not being enough. Fear of failure. Fear of letting go of control.
I had to release the need for perfection. I had to let go of the stories I’d told myself about what success looked like. And, most profoundly, I had to release the belief that I wasn’t already enough, just as I was.
The more I let go, the more I started to feel free. The more I stepped into my body, my emotions, and my truth, the more I began to trust myself. And when I stopped trying to control everything and simply allowed myself to be, that’s when the magic started to happen.
This journey taught me something profound: Letting go is not about giving up; it’s about creating space—space for clarity, for love, for abundance, for peace. It’s about stepping out of the chaos of the mind and into the softness of the heart. When we let go, we open ourselves up to receive what is truly meant for us, without the resistance that keeps us stuck in old patterns and limiting beliefs.
It’s a beautiful paradox, isn’t it? We often think we need to hold on tightly to our plans, our expectations, our fears, in order to control the outcome. But the truth is, when we let go, we create the space for everything we truly desire to flow to us with ease and grace.
This is why feminine embodiment is at the heart of everything I do. It’s through somatic release, embodied movement, breath, and mindfulness that we learn to release what no longer serves us, to soften into the present moment, and to trust our bodies’ innate wisdom. It’s not about pushing or forcing but about surrendering to the flow of life, allowing our natural rhythms to guide us.
This is the work I guide women through every day, whether in our online community or on our powerful women’s retreats. I teach women to reconnect with their bodies, to embrace their inner wisdom, and to let go of the societal pressures, past traumas, and outdated beliefs that keep them stuck in cycles of striving. Together, we unwind, release, and receive.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by the constant pressure to be everything for everyone, if you find yourself holding on to fears, doubts, or expectations, I invite you to explore the transformative art of letting go. It’s through this practice that we reclaim our true power, our authentic feminine leadership, and the freedom to simply be.
I’d love to invite you to join me in this journey. Together, we’ll create a community of women who are ready to release the heavy weight of perfectionism, fear, and self-doubt. Through somatic practices, feminine embodiment, and self-love rituals, we will step into a new chapter where we let go of what no longer serves us and make space for the radiant, powerful women we are meant to be.
If you’re ready to surrender to your true self, I invite you to join my online community. Each month, we come together to support one another in letting go of old stories, fears, and patterns that no longer serve us. You don’t have to do this alone.
Letting go is the path to freedom, and I am here to guide you every step of the way.
Letting go is one of the most powerful tools for healing, especially for women carrying the weight of emotional burdens that no longer serve them. Whether it’s past trauma, unhealed wounds, or overwhelming emotions, learning how to release these feelings is essential for reclaiming our vitality, inner peace, and power. Tantra, an ancient spiritual practice, offers women profound tools to transform and heal these emotional layers, reconnecting them to their body, mind, and soul.
In my Women’s Retreats and online Goddess Medicine program, we dive deep into the art of letting go using Tantra to help women release emotional heaviness and move into a space of clarity, joy, and empowerment. Tantra isn’t just about physical intimacy; it’s about aligning the body’s energy with emotional well-being, helping you connect deeply with yourself and your inner wisdom.
Here’s how Tantra can help you release emotional burdens and embrace the freedom that comes with letting go:
Why is Letting Go So Beneficial?
Letting go of the past and emotional pain is essential for personal growth, emotional health, and overall well-being. Carrying emotional baggage can weigh us down, keeping us stuck in negative thought patterns and behaviors. It affects our relationships, decision-making, and ability to embrace new experiences.
- Emotional Freedom: Holding onto past hurts or unresolved pain can create emotional blocks, preventing us from living fully in the present. When we let go of these negative emotions, we open ourselves up to experiencing life more fully and authentically. The process of releasing emotional pain can foster inner peace, as it allows us to heal from old wounds and free ourselves from the grip of past trauma physical Health: Studies show that unresolved emotional pain and trauma can manifest physically, contributing to chronic stress, anxiety, and even illness. Holding onto negative emotions like anger, fear, and guilt can trigger the body’s stress response, affecting everything from our immune system to heart health. Releasing these emotions can help restore balance and improve both mental and physical health.
- Relationships: When we cling to past pain, we often project that pain onto others, creating unhealthy patterns in our relationships. By letting go, we can stop carrying old grudges or expectations into new connections, which allows us to form healthier, more authentic bonds. Forgiveness, both of ourselves and others is a key part of letting go and moving forward.
- Empowerment and Letting go are not about forgetting the past, but about choosing not to let it control our present or future. When we release emotional baggage, we reclaim our personal power, allowing us to make conscious choices rather than reacting from past wounds. This shift in mindset is crucial for creating a fulfilling and empowered life.

1. Embodying Your Emotions
Often, we suppress painful emotions, thinking they’ll go away if ignored. Tantra teaches us to embrace and experience these emotions in a safe, sacred space. Through breathwork, movement, and mindful awareness, you learn to feel emotions without being overwhelmed by them. This practice allows you to transform emotional heaviness into pure energy that can be released.
2. Sacral Chakra Healing
The sacral chakra, located in the pelvic area, is the seat of emotional energy. When this chakra is blocked or imbalanced, we may struggle with guilt, shame, or unresolved emotions. Tantra’s focus on this area—through gentle pelvic movements and breathwork—allows you to release stored emotional trauma, unburdening your spirit and body from past pain.
3. Mindful Breathing for Emotional Release
Breathing is one of the simplest yet most profound tools in Tantra. By consciously guiding the breath through the body, you can unlock and release trapped emotional energy. This practice not only calms the nervous system but helps you stay present with the emotions as they arise, creating space for transformation.
4. Cultivating Radical Self-Acceptance
The process of letting go requires us to stop resisting our emotions, which often stem from fear or judgment. Tantra encourages deep self-acceptance and non-judgment. As women, we often internalize societal expectations or past hurt, which can manifest as negative emotions. Tantra teaches us to honor and love ourselves fully, no matter what emotions arise, allowing us to release them with compassion.
5. Creating Sacred Space for Healing
In my retreats and online sessions, we provide a sacred, supportive space where women can share and express themselves freely. This environment is essential for emotional release. When women come together in a nurturing space, the collective energy fosters healing, and each woman’s letting go contributes to the group’s empowerment.
By integrating these tantric principles, women can learn the profound art of releasing emotional burdens, reclaiming their full energy, and stepping into a place of deeper self-love, freedom, and clarity.
