Tosca is a feminine empowerment and embodiment coach, as well as a 500-hour yoga alliance certified yoga teacher with years of teaching experience, who helped many women over the last years in gaining more self-love, joy, and pleasure in their lives.
1. Create a Daily Inner Goddess Ritual:
- Morning Routine: Start your day with a practice from the retreat, like meditation, yoga, or journaling. Even a few minutes can set a positive tone for your day.
- Evening Reflection: End your day with gratitude or a brief reflection on what you learned about yourself.
2. Create time and schedule to mediate:
Even if this means just a few minutes per day, where you can be quiet and check in with yourself, your body, your emotions, and what is going on inside of yourself, honoring your feelings, thanking them, and welcoming them into your experience for this day.
3. Affirmations for your inner goddess:
Take time daily to focus on your inner goddess. Are you in tune with her? Use affirmations that reinforce your connection to her, such as “I am in tune with my inner goddess” or “I embrace my divine feminine strength.”
4. Journaling Your Journey:
Keep a journal to reflect on your experiences and insights. Write about how you feel your inner goddess guiding you in your day-to-day life.
5. Create a Sacred Space:
Set up a small altar or dedicated space in your home where you can honor your inner goddess. Include items that remind you of the retreat and your spiritual journey, for example, our wonderful stone necklace or photos from our retreat.
6. Practice Self-Love Rituals – Make it a habit to use the Retreat book:
Engage in regular self-love rituals, such as baths, self-massage, or other activities that nurture your body and soul, or enroll in one of my self-love online courses.
7. Attend the Post-Retreat Coaching Session:
Don’t forget to take advantage of the complimentary coaching session offered after the retreat. This session can help you integrate your retreat experiences more deeply into your everyday life, find the goals you want to set for connecting with your inner goddess, and further steps along your self-love journey.
8. Regular Check-ins with Yourself:
Schedule regular times to check in with yourself. Assess how you’re feeling, what you need, and how you’re maintaining your connection to your inner goddess.
9. Connect with Nature:
Spend time in nature to reconnect with the earth and your natural rhythms, as you did during the retreat.
10. Set Boundaries:
Remember the importance of personal boundaries. Set boundaries when necessary to maintain your peace and well-being. Remember to put your boundaries lovingly, that expand you, not contract you.
11. Implement Emotional Alchemy:

12. Continue Learning and Exploring:
Keep exploring topics from the retreat that resonated with you. Read books, listen to podcasts, or watch documentaries to expand your understanding and keep the inspiration alive.
13. Find an accountability partner or coach
Sharing your new goals with a trusted family member, friend, or coach can be incredibly powerful, particularly when they provide accountability for your intentions, words, and actions. You can contact me for more information if you feel I could be a good accountability partner and coach for you.
14. Book Your Next Retreat:
