The benefits of Yoga are immense on the human body. Some of the benefits are Increased flexibility and muscle strength, improved respiration, energy, vitality and weight loss just to name some of them. Overall you will feel so much better in your body, headackes and backpains will ease and disappear.
When you feel better in your body, you feel also better in your mind. You feel stronger, healthier, happier and more active. Depressions will disappear. Your self estam, mood and inner strenght increases and you will feel more balanced and calm.
